Hello — thank you for visiting. My name is Luis and in June of 2020 my wife and I opened up our neighborhood Handyman Service company due to the pandemic.

I enjoy helping my neighbors by providing high utility workmanship. That is the reason we started this — a neighborhood shop for the jobs houses actually ask for.
We are Alvarado / Villa Handyman Services LLC, based in Aurora, Colorado. We charge per the job, not by the hour, and there is no hourly minimum.
